The scientific basis of Inecs Ltd. is SRI of Municipal Water Supply and Water disposal (the city of Moscow). The founders of the enterprise, being members of the directorate of the institute, take active part in its scientific and production activity.

SRI of MWSWD was founded 30 years ago on the base of the water supply and water disposal sector of Academy of Municipal service named after Academician K.D. Pamfilov. The priority direction of its activities is scientific technical elaborations in the sphere of water supply, sewerage and environment protection from pollution.

During the years of its existence, more than 120 certificates of authorship and more than three hundred patents of an invention have been presented to its scientific research workers.

Nowadays, seven Doctors of Sciences and more than 30 Masters of Sciences are working at the institute. Eight of them are elected real members, and six- correspondent members of Academy of Municipal Housing Services.

The scientific consultants of Inecs Ltd. are outstanding representatives of South-Russian State Technical University. Among them are:

Linevich Sergei Nickolayevich, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Honoured Scientist of RF, a real member of International Academy of Ecology and Use of Nature, of Academy of Municipal Services of RF. S.N. Linevich is Head of the oldest at SRSTU scientific school "Technology of treatment of natural and waste water". He has published more than 150 books, textbooks, monographies and articles. He was given more than 12 patents on an invention.

Kulikov Nickolai Ivanovich, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Laureate of State Prize of the Ukraine in the sphere of science and engineering of the year 2000. He has been Head of faculty "Water supply and sewerage" for twenty years. He has prepared 2 Doctors and 12 Masters of Technical Sciences. He is an author of 150 patents, Certificates of authorship of the Ukraine, the USSR, Russia, Japan, Italy and Germany.

Veselovskaya Elena Vladimirovna, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences. She has got more than 40 scientific and methodical works, as well as publications in the central press-in journals "Heating engineering", "The News of High Schools".
