This treatment plant has 4 modifications of its version depending on the hydrogen sulfide removal method: ozone treatment, chlorine treatment (with chlorine or chloride lime), electrooxidative and oxidative-sorption methods. Colloid and fine sulfur removal forming as a result of hydrogen sulfide oxidation is meant to be effected by several methods: coagulation-filtration, contact coagulation-clearing on the contact clarifier, coagulation-filtration on the contact filters of increased capacity, coagulation-centrifugation and sorption method. In accordance with initial chemistry of treated water, particular local conditions and requests of the customer optimum alternative of water treatment is chosen and justified for each particular case. Suggested technologies could be used for deep water treatment from hydrogen sulfide with its initial water contents up to 50-60 and more mg/l, with ph not exceeding 9 and total mineralization up to 7-10mg/l. Recommended hydrogen sulfide treatment plant differs by its density, safety, ecological safety, wide capacity of standard factory equipment usage, simplicity of operation; it allows automated and manual operation.
Drawing 2. Principal technological scheme of hydrogen sulfide removal from ground waters by oxidative-sorption method: 1 – feed of ground hydrosulfuric waters for treatment; 2 – degasification aeration column; 3 – ozone plant; 4 – storage tank for degassed water; 5 – export pump; 6 – reagent block (preparation of aluminum polyoxychloride and its dosing); 7 – speed granular pressure filter; 8 – contact chamber for ozone disinfection of water; 9 – feed of treated water to impounding basin of pure water to the customer; 10 – destructor of surplus ozone; 11 – double-block and bleed valve. |
