WATER PREPARATION FOR HEAT-POWER WORKS

  • Technological outline of “Riviera” unit module

One of the Inecs company activities is water preparation for the technical water supply systems at heat-power engineering plants. Inecs, Ltd offers a wide range of engineering services for optimal water chemical regime of the equipment for industrial and municipal heat-power engineering systems:

  • optimization of existing additional water preparation technology for active objects
  • usage of new effective ion exchange materials resistant to the dissolved and colloidal compounds effect
  • introduction of efficient technologies of ion resin regeneration – option of adequate method of the correct water treatment for a certain enterprise including complex reagents;

  • delivery and assembly of dosing equipment;

  • Training of service personnel.

    Option of make-up water preparation for heat networks is defined depending on the ion content of initial water, type of existing boiling equipment, type of the heating systems. Applied technologies enable to provide network water quality conforming to “The requirements of technical service of electrical stations and networks of the Russian Federation”:

TECHNOLOGICAL OUTLINE OF “RIVIERA” UNIT MODULE

Makeup water preparation for heat network by physicochemical methods provides the modernization of the existing water preparation equipment of the industrial and communal boiler plant with the usage of “Riviera” module units. Modularity principal enables to effect erection and adjustment works in the shortest terms and provides basically any capacity. The principle of unit operation depends on the ion exchange technology usage. In order to improve ecological indicators of “Riviera” we apply highly effective ion exchange materials, progressive alternative technologies of the counterflow and “hungry” regeneration of ion resin, electrochemical regeneration of the used sorptive mediums and so on.



Principal technoligy of “Riviera” module unit:
1 – cartridge filter with pores 40-50 mcmm; 2 – cartridge filter with pores 5 mcmm; 3 – adsorptive filter; 4 – first stage double flow-counterflow filter; 6 – reagent treatment block; 7 – mechanical filter; 8 – magnetic filter.

Chemical methods of water preparation are based at complexon water-chemical regime. Complexon water-chemical regime enables to avoid reagent and ion exchange conditioning of the heat medium and minimize chemical washing of the heat-power equipment.

Company Inecs, Ltd offers:

  • delivery and assembly of dosing equipment in compliance with present state of the heat networks and boiling equipment;

  • reagent selection on the base of Etidronic acid and c3h12no9p3 and dosing regimes of complexons.

  • corrosive measurements in the heating systems and leakage control. Complexon water-chemical regimes enables to simplify the technology:

1 – water consumption sensor; 2 – feed tank with complexon solution; 3- pump; 4 – automatics unit; 5 –washer mixer; 6 – network heater or water boiler.

For water preparation in the medium and high pressure boilers Inecs, Ltd offers compact module units of different capacity on the base of the reverse osmosis elements with low pressure composite membrane with selectiveness at NaCl up to 99%.
