Technical data
Purpose Water treatment constructions are meant for removal of surplus concentration of iron , ammonia, dredges, color, anthropogenic organic substances, toxic micro impurities, as well as for disinfection of treated water. The treated water after treatment has the performance of quality meeting the requirements of sanitary-epidemic inspection 2.1.4.559-96 "Drinking water". Stations are a completed automated block consisting of a building with mounted high productive equipment for removal of iron, turbidity, color, ammonia concentrations, anthropogenic organic substances, toxic micro impurities, as well as for disinfection and water supply. All the elements of the system are rated for operation term of not less than 15-20 years. The operation can happen both in automatic and manual regime acc. o consumer's wish. Quality performance of initial water
Advantages and peculiarities of WTC
The initial water is pumped from the water source to treatment constructions. To remove the surplus concentrations of ferrous and ammonia from treating water the method of air oxidizing is being used. The formed flakes of trivalent ferrous Fe3+ are entrapped by filter system loading, and ammonia is blown away in aero-degazing columns. To improve organoleptic features and for fine treatment the special filters are being used. If it is necessary to extract micro quantities of toxic elements and organic compounds of anthropogenic origin, first of all chloride organic substances, a modular return osmotic installation with high effective ultra filtration roll membranes produced by "Osmonics" company is used. After filtration system the treated water is coming to bactericide installation. As a reserve method chloride tablets are used. After disinfection the water is coming to pure water reservoir and than it is pumped to a consumer. To prevent hydraulic blows, as well as for reducing rush loads the hydro pneumatic tanks are connected up in the pressure network. Acc. to customer's wish the system with changing of pumps supply can be installed. Water transports from water sours by pumps to sewage treatment station, where, depends from water’s quality, makes a process of stage aeration. After filtration system, clean water has bacterial treatment. After antisepsis, water goes to a tank for clean water, then by pumps water goes to consumers. For exclusion hydraulic hammers and easing on-peak loads water’s transportation system has hydro-combination valves. Depending on customers’ desire, possible to build a pumping feed control system. Degassing-aeration column. Water, for treating, goes from artesian wells to pressure tubing discharge line, then it goes to degassing-aeration system. This system blows off ammonia, subsisted in bladed water and oxidation solved iron Fe and manganese in the same time. As a result of oxidation iron Fe in the form of Fe2+ dissolved in the water changes to the insoluble form of Fe3+. Manganese is hydrogenated and falls out in Mn(OH) in the form of the higher hydroxides of manganese Mn(OH)3 and the relatively insoluble sediment. Resultant sediment of hydroxide of iron (III) is filtered on the multilayer filters. Filtration system. Filtration system works in two lines. The saturated with oxygen water will be given to the multilayer filter for the detention of the formed sediment of hydroxide of iron and hydrate of manganese. In the multilayer filter the more complete oxidation of dissolved iron and manganese, reached by filtration through the layer of special load occurs. Disinfection of water.
