The operation principle is based on the use of physical-chemical and bio method of post-treatment: adsorption of diluted organic substances and adhesion of organic impurities by special loading of biomass of attached micro organisms. There are three steps which take place in bioreactors: oxidizing of organic impurities, stabilization of biomass of attached organisms, filtering of sewages and extraction of dredges from them. Sewages going to post-treatment after the bio treatment have the following concentrations:
SPTC are meant for operation in any climates incl. areas in the Far North. SPTC are made of 2 types: containers of a modular type and those of a roll type. The compounding of constructions depends on productivity of sewage treatment constructions and on transportation conditions to the place of installation. General technical decisions In the construction of a post-treatment block the loading of a type "Synthetic algae" is used. It is a volume light construction (a cassette) of stainless steel. The loading itself is a flexible fluffy garland, entwined into a twisted wire core of stainless wires. There are ceramic aerators for loading aeration in the lower part. The inner surface of a post-treatment block is covered with special anti-corrosive floor-polish. The post-treatment block consists of two independent sections. That allows treating 75% of incoming sewages without reducing the treatment quality of waste water in case if one section is out of order (acc. To CHиП 2.04.03-85). Besides, sectioning allows making containers empty and carrying out their inspection without stopping the treatment constructions. Compared with classic post-treatment constructions (filters with various kinds of loadings, floatation installations) SPTC with Yorsh loading have a number of advantages:

Post-treatment
constructions are meant for post-treatment of domestic house-hold
and close to them by structure industrial sewages which have been
primarily bio treated.
