Reverse osmosis is a water treatment technology at the molecular level used for water demineralization and desalination. Reverse osmosis creates high pressure conditions on the part of feed water that makes water molecules pass through a semipermeable membrane from more concentrated to more dilute solution. Dissolved in water salts, heavy metals, organic compounds and microorganisms are unable to penetrate the membrane and are disposed to the drainage in form of a concentrate. After reverse osmosis the water is desalted at 80-99.7% depending on water composition, type of membrane and equipment used. Reverse osmosis units became widely used in different fields of industry and drinking water supply. Inecs Ltd offers domestic and industrial reverse osmosis units. All units combine modern technology and high quality. Type and number of membrane modules is estimated by the analysis of influent water. Before the reverse osmosis system we place a preliminary water preparation system, which due to a wide range of Inecs' water preparation systems is distinguished by its high cost effectiveness.
