Equipment for natural water treatment and conditioning



SYSTEM OF DRINKING WATER HARDNESS REMOVAL



PURPOSE
The system is destined at hardness salts removal:
calcium and magnesium, as well as heavy metals of initial water to the norms required by Sanitary Inspection 2.1.4.559-96 “Drinking water”.


Short-grained ion resin

INITIAL DATA:

The present system operates providing there are no aggressive gases in the treated water: carbon dioxides, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

Stainless steel pressure filter “PF” is used as body. Positive ion resin is used as load with the solution of sodium chloride for its regeneration. Regeneration tank is made of polythene or stainless steel. Ion resin usage involves positive ions displacement of calcium, magnesium and heavy metals for positive ions of ion resin.
For regeneration and load washing controlling mechanism is used, it is both automatically and manually operated. Radial drainage is used for pure water collection and washing, it is made of hard polyvinyl chloride resin or drainage covers of polyethylene or stainless steel.

Systems on improvement of organoleptic features of drinking water



    Purpose:

  • Improvement of organoleptic features of water;
  • Removal of chlorine and other organic compounds.

As a body a pressure filter "PF"made of stainless steel is used. As a loading active granular coal is used, that possesses a highly-developed active surface because of porosity. The selective physical sorption of coal happens due irreversible capture of high-molecular compounds by surface micro pores.

Modern technologies of production of activated coal, modified by Argentums ions, allowed increasing a resource of effective work of filters considerably. To carry out hand and automated ablution filters are equipped with a control valve.

“Black” sand

    The systems operates with total iron and manganese concentration not more than 15 mg/l

Stainless steel pressure filter "PF" is used as body. "Black sand", sand, gravel are used as load. The solution of potassium permanganate is used for regeneration. Regeneration tank is made of polythene or stainless steel.

"Black sand" iron usage makes iron and manganese contained in water in the form of Fe2+ and Mn2 transform into insoluble form of Fe3+ and Mn3 after manganese oxide oxidation and are held by load particles.

Fractional composition of sand and gravel are selected in such a way to provide maximum contaminant capacity and water treatment quality.
