Belt press-filter "FPB" - is meant for dewatering of sediment formed in treatment constructions of domestic and industrial sewages. The equipment consists of two maim elements: thickener and filter-press itself which represent one general construction providing preliminary thickening and further dewatering of sediment. Moisture of treated sediment is 80-85% (moisture of wet soil). The dewatered sediment is used as high-quality organic fertilizer. When treating sediment the technology of disinfection on the base of ovicide preparation "BINGSTI" is used. This technology is safe in ecological and sanitary terms. The distinctive feature of filter-press of Inecs Ltd. is the presence of installed preliminary thickener. The thickener allows supplying unconcentrated active sludge for dewatering. Thanks to that there is no demand on heavy and inefficient sludge concentrators in the treatment constructions. As one of constructive features of filter-press we can mention endless thermo fixated bed of pressing belt. The belt is made by continuous weaving without a metal lock, what guarantees a secure operation of a press-filter for 3-5 years without changing of a belt. Technical characteristics of press-filters
