Technological part The sewages from supplying collector are going to a reception screen, placed inside the receiving reservoir. The reception screen is made of stainless steel and is meant for detaining of large fractions which can lead to pumps clogging up.
The width of screen clearances is up to 20mm.
Wastes detained by a reception screen are collected in the wastes bucket, from where they are unloaded to a rubbish container. After the reception screen the flow is coming to a reception container. From the reception screen the flow is sent by submerged or external pumps to a reception container to a pressure collector. Every section of the container has got a pipeline with sprayers for washing off sediment stuck to the reservoir bottom. The water for washing off is supplied from pressure pipeline with a pump engaged. The frequency of sediment washing off is defined by commissioning works. The containers have also got sensing elements of relay level. The sensing elements signals are displayed on the operator's panel. The pumps are rounded by system of pipelines and lock-regulating reinforcement. Each of pressure pipelines is equipped with the return valve to prevent a reverse flow of water when the pump is turned on. In the machine room there are control buttons for pump monitoring at place. To measure the expenses of sewages there is an expense meter fixed on the pressure pipe line. The expense meter signal is displayed on operator's panel. There is a drainage submerged pump for pumping away filtration waters from the room in the container of the machine room, which seep out through the pump stuffing-boxes. When necessary the station is equipped with a diesel-generator for a non-stop energy supply. The power of a diesel-generator facility is being chosen for energy supply and heating of treatment constructions and SPS buildings. Sewage pump stations are completed with both foreign and home made equipment. |
