APPLICATION
Sewage pump stations (SPS) are intended
for pumping of house-hold domestic and close to them by
structure industrial sewages, as well as for tough mechanical
cleaning.

SPS have been developed by Inecs Ltd in Sochi on
the basis of modern achievements of science and technics and are
object of full-completion prefabrication what increases the extent
of industrialization of mounting works and allows a quick launching
of objects.
The installations are meant for operation in the areas:
- with rated winter temperature of outside air till -60oC;
- normative snow loading till 320 kgs/sq. m;
- fast wind till 55 kgs/sq.m;
- seismic activity till magnitude 9.

ADVANTAGES
SPS are meant for pumping of sewages and consist of ground and underground
parts. The underground part is a combined metal container, the foundation
of which is a framework of welded in to rings channels with diameter
up to 3 m.
Channels' rings are wrapped with a metal sheet. The
container is covered with anti-corrosive polish. The container is
made warm form the outside.
Inside the container either the submerged pumps or
outside pumps in other room of home or foreign production can be
installed, as well as the reception grating made of stainless steel.
The ground part is a modular building where a diesel-generator,
operator's room and WC can be placed.
The building of a sewage pump station is manufactured
on production-technical base Inecs Ltd. With the inbuilt and mounted
there technological equipment. Together with manufacture of SPS
the preparation and commissioning works are being fulfilled on the
customer's territory.
This way of works production reduces the cycle of
putting the object into operation. There is no need of using temporary
constructions, depots and heavy machinery.
