According to construction rules and regulations 2.04.03-85 "Sewerage. External networks and constructions", a sanitary-protective zone between the boundaries of SPS and living blocks, as well as food factories, must be not less than 20 m.

The following rooms are placed in the production block: operators' room and reception screen block, diesel-generator's block. A diesel-generator's room is equipped with a lifting gear of hoisting capacity 2 tons, a block of reception screen with a hand gear of capacity 0, 5 tons.

The block foundation is a monolith ferro-concrete slab reinforced with netting.

The foundation under equipment is a steel framework of the floors of modular blocks.

The floors in the premises are steel corrugated sheets.

All the steel constructions are painted with 2 layers of enamel on the prime-coating layer or with oil-paint. The inner surfaces of containers are covered with special anti-corrosive materials. The holes in the walls and partitions for letting technological pipelines through are carried out with hermetic provision.

The basements of buildings are rated for technological load till 8, 0 kH/sq.m (800kgp/sq.m). The fire-resistance extent is IIIa acc. to construction norms and regulations 2.09.02.-85.

Joints between the blocks are hardened by foam-polystyrene and are closed with chap covers, which perform not only the functions of block fastening and of wind protectors for joints, but they give the building the architecturally complete view.
